<div><strong>Short Intro and About the Job</strong><br/><br/>Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Marketeur exceptionnel pour se joindre à l'équipe de Danone Canada en tant que gestionnaire de marque, basé dans nos bureaux de Toronto ou de Boucherville. Ce rôle aidera à élever un groupe de marques passionnantes et à continuer de stimuler une forte croissance. <br/><br/><strong>Dans le cadre de ce mandat, vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes :</strong><br/><br/>Gestion de la marque en collaboration et sous la supervision du Directeur Marketing suivant 2 axes majeurs<br/><ul><li>Fournir une compréhension des besoins, attentes et comportements des consommateurs pour la marque dont il a la responsabilité ;</li><li>Participer activement à la stratégie Marketing, concevoir et mettre en œuvre les plans dédiés à sa marque.</li></ul><br/><strong>Plus spécifiquement : </strong><br/><ul><li>Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing de sa marque pour le Canada</li><li>Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de communication incluant : le média traditionnel, la stratégie digitale et de médias sociaux ainsi que des programmes influenceurs et ambassadeurs de marque, en collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes.</li><li>Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan d'activation en magasin, en collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes.</li><li>Assurer la gestion de projets multidisciplinaires en coordonnant les parties prenantes internes et externes afin de garantir la livraison des initiatives dans les délais et les budgets établis.</li><li>Piloter le développement et le lancement d'innovations produits en partenariat avec les équipes Innovation, R&D, Finance, Ventes et Opérations.</li><li>Suivre et analyser les performances des marques et des marchés concernés (données internes, Nielsen, panels et études Ad Hoc, veille concurrentielle), prévoir leurs évolutions (prévisions de ventes) et proposer des recommandations ;</li><li>Gérer la marque au quotidien en développant des stratégies marketing innovantes pour les mettre en œuvre et suivre les différents volets exceptionnels (promotion, emballage, prix, produit, ...), en collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes et les départements internes (Développement Produit, Ventes, Achats, ...) ;</li><li>Collaborer efficacement avec le réseau mondial du Groupe Danone afin d'identifier et de déployer les meilleures pratiques et opportunités de croissance.</li><li>Suivre et contrôler le budget Marketing (Pub, Pack, Promo, Études) et son impact sur le P&L de marque.</li><li>Contribuer au développement d'un assistant chef de marque.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Rémunération, avantages sociaux et transparence du processus de recrutement</strong><br/><br/>La fourchette de salaire annuel de base pour ce poste est de 72,000.00 $ à 110,000.00 $ CA. Cependant, toutes les décisions finales d'embauche sont prises par des personnes. <br/><br/>Cette offre d'emploi concerne un poste nouvellement créé.<br/><br/><strong>About You</strong><br/><br/><strong>Le candidat idéal possédera les qualifications et compétences suivantes : </strong><br/><ul><li>Niveau Baccalauréat avec concentration en Marketing;</li><li>Détenir un diplôme de deuxième cycle (MBA) est un atout;</li><li>Expérience de 5 ans minimum en Marketing et 3 ans minimum en gestion de marque; </li><li>Expérience en gestion de projets multifonctionnels et capacité démontrée à mobiliser des équipes transversales dans un environnement complexe.</li><li>Expérience en gestion d'innovations et/ou en lancement de nouveaux produits constitue un atout important.</li><li>Expérience en recherche marketing et maîtrise des panels (Nielsen, Homescan);</li><li>Expérience en gestion de promotion(s) consommateurs;</li><li>Bonne maîtrise Français et Anglais, idéalement bilingue. Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste, puisque celui-ci exige des communications fréquentes avec nos unités d'affaires, usines et partenaires d'affaires qui se situent à l'extérieur du Québec;</li><li>Rigueur, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;</li><li>Autonomie, agilité et flexibilité;</li><li>Leadership et qualités relationnelles;</li><li>Bon joueur d'équipe, aussi bien verticalement qu'horizontalement.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Short Intro and About the Job</strong><br/><br/>We are looking for an exceptional marketer to join the Danone Canada team as a Brand Manager, based in either our Toronto or Boucherville locations. This role will help elevate a group of exciting brands and continue to drive strong growth. <br/><br/><strong>As part of this position, you will be accountable for:</strong><br/><br/>Manage the set of brands in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Director of Marketing following two major priorities:<br/><ul><li>Development of strong marketing programs based on a deep understanding of consumers' needs, expectations, and behaviors for the brands</li><li>Actively participate in the execution of marketing strategy, design, and implementation of plans dedicated to the brands.</li></ul><br/><strong>More specifically:</strong><br/><ul><li>Develop and implement the Brand Marketing strategy for Canada</li><li>Develop and implement the communication plan including traditional media, digital and social media strategy, as well as brand influencer and ambassador programs, in collaboration with external suppliers.</li><li>Develop and implement the in-store activation plan, in collaboration with the sales team.</li><li>Lead cross-functional projects by coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Drive the development and execution of innovation initiatives and product launches in partnership with Innovation, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of the brands and markets concerned (internal data, Nielsen, panels and Ad Hoc studies, competitive intelligence), forecast their changes (sales forecasts) and propose recommendations.</li><li>Manage the brand on a day-to-day basis by developing innovative marketing strategies to implement them and to follow the different execution components (promotion, packaging, price, product, etc.), in collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments, Purchasing, etc);</li><li>Work effectively with Danone Group's global network (including Danone USA);</li><li>Monitor and control the marketing budget (Pub, Pack, Promo, Studies) and its impact on the profitability of its brand.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the Assistant Brand Manager</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Hiring Transparency</strong><br/><br/>The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD.
