Brand Content Strategist - EOS (Night Shift)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Content Strategist - EOS (Night Shift) based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape how brands communicate, connect with audiences, and build lasting relationships through strategic content. As a Brand Content Strategist, you will create impactful messaging frameworks, develop brand voices, and produce content across multiple digital channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and client-facing teams to transform ideas into clear, compelling stories that drive engagement and business results. The position combines strategic thinking, creative writing, and project management in a global remote environment. You will have the chance to work with international teams, strengthen your content expertise, and make a measurable impact on growing brands while working on a night shift schedule aligned with US-based clients. Accountabilities Develop and maintain brand messaging strategies, including voice, tone, positioning, and communication guidelines. Create high-quality content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Build messaging frameworks, brand matrices, and content strategies that support business objectives and audience engagement. Collaborate with marketing, design, and client service teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent brand experiences. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives are met. Communicate project updates, challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively with relevant stakeholders. Adapt content strategies and writing styles across different industries, audiences, and brand identities. Support broader marketing initiatives by creating content that strengthens customer relationships and improves brand visibility. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, brand strategy, or a related field. Proven experience developing brand messaging, voice, tone guidelines, and content strategies. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website copy, email marketing, blog content, and social media campaigns. Experience managing content projects across multiple brands, clients, or industries. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, CRM platforms, or similar productivity solutions. Experience with the EOS Model™ is required. Ability to quickly understand different industries and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
