What You'll Do

  • Lead the Admin Function With Confidence - Guide the branch administrative team, set expectations, and ensure work orders, invoicing, reporting, and documentation are accurate and on time.
  • Own the Operational Flow - Manage work orders, sales order support, inventory control, and purchasing — keeping projects and service work moving without bottlenecks.
  • Keep the Branch Organized and Ahead of Schedule - Prepare reports, correspondence, project files, and business documents that support smooth operations and strong customer service.
  • Be the Hub of the Branch - Support sales, estimating, operations, and technical services — you're the person who keeps everyone connected and informed.
  • Champion Safety and Professional Standards - Model safe work practices and ensure administrative processes align with company expectations and compliance requirements.

  • Education & Experience Considered – Office administration, business, accounting, or equivalent practical experience welcomed
  • Note: Candidates advancing will be asked to provide a Certificate of Conduct and Driver's Abstract.
