<p><strong>Title: Bilingual Technical Writer - French </strong></p><p><strong>Location: Hybrid - Toronto </strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 6 month contract + extensions </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><p>• 5-7 years of Manual QA Testing experience.</p><p>• Fluent in both French and English.</p><p>• Strong experience with all Manual testing activities including UI, regression, functional testing, etc.</p><p>• Proven ability to develop and execute test cases independently.</p><p>• Experience with defect management and test tracking tools.</p><p>• Strong communication and analytical skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</strong></p><p>• Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance industry experience.</p><p>• Experience working in Agile environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Insight Global are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Technical Writer with 5-7 years of experience to support testing initiatives across Wealth Management and Insurance applications. The role will focus on end-to-end manual testing, UI validation, functionality testing, and French language verification to reduce reliance on business stakeholders during UAT. This will be a hybrid role, 2x per week in Downtown Toronto.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Execute end-to-end manual testing across web and enterprise applications.</p><p>• Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.</p><p>• Validate French translations, labels, messaging, and user experiences.</p><p>• Create and execute test cases and document defects.</p><p>• Review English test scripts and verify French-language functionality and content.</p><ul><li>• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the testing lifecycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>*We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>*Pay range for this role is between $45-55/hr CAD.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>*This role is an existing vacancy.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>*No requirement for Canadian experience or education.</em></p><p><br></p>
