About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Student Experience Representative to support clients via inbound calls, emails, and chat, ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and positive. We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a friendly approach, and the drive to make an impact with each client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Director of Product and Operations, the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivers exceptional client and technical support to individual learners, exercising discretion when supporting retail learners and corporate clients;
  • Handles inbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and French;
  • Enters, and maintains client data with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Performs a range of general administrative support in adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures;
  • Reviews daily student videos from proctored exams and flag issues based on defined compliance standards (training will be provided);
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Development teams on administrative tasks or related processes;
  • Assist with QA testing as required; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written forms;
  • Minimum One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in a call centre, or client service environment;
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience;
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, with a demonstrated client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work as an independent contributor while still collaborating effectively within a team environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative, uses sound judgement, demonstrates discretion and adheres to company policies;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and O365 (Word, Excel)
  • Strong knowledge of common operating systems and comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues; and
  • Experience using CRMs (Zendesk, Hubspot) is an asset.

Nice to have:

  • Remote proctoring / exam administration familiarity - e.g. supporting live or asynchronous proctored assessments, troubleshooting candidate check-in, ID verification, browser/technical issues.
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C clients and adjusting communication accordingly.
  • Familiarity with regulatory / licensing training environments or continuing education requirements and audit sensitivity.
