Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns professionally

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant and bartending experience preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
