Total Compensation: $75,300 - $122,760


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Foodservice Marketing agenda for key customers (JBP to AOP planning) uncovering the core consumer insights, setting objectives, creating the strategy, developing & executing the plan
  • Own the marketing relationship with key customers and build consumer centric programs that connect with customer objectives with brand objectives
  • Collaborating with Brand teams, Sales teams and customer teams to execute against big bets for both our beverage brands, leading brief to execution with strong project management
  • Execute in year digital marketing campaigns to drive beverage incidence on digital with customer partners leveraging the 3Vs, focusing on accelerating digital ordering growth and unlocking opportunities to drive attachment rates
  • Support the new business growth agenda with new business opportunities, working closely with Sr. Marketing Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Commerce, Marketing preferred)
  • 2 years plus years of Brand, Customer, Insights Marketing experience
  • Demonstrate consumer centricity with passion and curiosity towards the consumer
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects with a bias for action
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
  • Solid organizational and project management skills – able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights
  • A combination of Beverage and/or CPG Industry Marketing experience considered is an asset
