Work with the team to develop and implement strategies and initiatives for clients to improve their manufacturing and supply chain processes. Support the team in project management, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain industry, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Act as a liaison between the team and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Proactively seek out opportunities to add value and contribute to the team's success. Continuously develop and refine skills and knowledge through on-the-job learning, training, and mentorship. Adhere to McKinsey & Company's standards and processes, including maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
