The Content Writer is responsible for supporting the delivery of consistent messaging for a variety of communication platforms by researching and drafting thoughtful, concise, action-driven and/or inspiring content in support of one or more reputed company products and/or marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Produces on-going, external-facing content by researching, verifying facts, identifying trends, and conducting interviews of customers, industry experts, product specialists, and resident reputed company gurus.
  • Collaborates with others across marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in message, writing style, brand voice, and tone across all communications channels.
  • Stays up to date on industry activity to provide story-line pitches and content-driven project ideas to help build and contribute to a robust content strategy.
  • Identifies trends, statistics, and relevant strategies within the industry conveying complex or technical ideas in common, understandable language that embodies the reputed company voice and champions small businesses.
  • May act as reputed company matter expert of reputed company’ s platform and features.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to become an expert on reputed company products and related marketing strategies.
  • Ability to identify trends, concepts, and significant statistical information to boost effectiveness of content and propel reputed company’s thought leadership position.
  • Ability to write clean, compelling, concise, and grammatically correct copy that engages intended audiences.
  • Highly creative with the ability to take ownership of writing projects with an eye from brand and design.
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize industry related tools (Basic HTML/CSS, WordPress, reputed company and/or reputed company analytics, reputed company Creative Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor to various target markets and demographics.
  • Time management and organization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
