AWS Canada drives adoption of the AWS cloud across Enterprise customers, enabling organizations to innovate, and transform their business. We are seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design and build scalable, secure, and innovative cloud solutions by working backward from their business challenges.

In this role, you will partner with customers, sales, and cross-functional AWS teams to guide complex technology decisions and accelerate adoption

You will design architectures and build prototypes to help customers deliver business outcomes. This role offers continuous learning opportunities while working with the latest technologies and helping customers unlock new opportunities through innovation.

Key job responsibilities
- Concevoir des architectures infonuagiques evolutives et securisees pour soutenir la migration, la modernisation ainsi que le developpement de solutions infonuagiques natives et axees sur l'IA
- Agir a titre de conseiller technique de confiance et de porte-parole des clients, en aidant ces derniers a cerner tant les occasions que les risques lies a leurs decisions techniques, tout en anticipant de facon proactive l'evolution de leurs besoins
- Traduire les besoins des clients en solutions techniques et communiquer clairement des concepts complexes autant aux intervenants techniques qu'aux intervenants d'affaires
- Elaborer et presenter du contenu technique tel que des ateliers, des prototypes et des presentations, et prendre la parole lors d'evenements afin d'aider les clients a evaluer et a adopter de nouvelles technologies
- Diriger des discussions techniques, des seances de conception collaborative (whiteboarding) et des activites de validation de concept (preuve de concept) pour orienter la prise de decision des clients et stimuler l'innovation
- Contribuer a la croissance de l'organisation en fournissant de la retroaction sur les produits aux equipes d'ingenierie d'AWS, en participant au recrutement et aux entrevues, et en agissant comme mentor aupres des collegues de l'equipe

- Design scalable, secure cloud architectures to support migration, modernization, and the development of cloud-native and AI-driven solutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, helping customers identify both opportunities and risks in their technical decisions while proactively anticipating their evolving needs
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Develop and deliver technical content such as workshops, prototypes, and presentations and speak at events to help customers evaluate and adopt new technologies
- Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept activities to guide customer decision-making and drive innovation
- Contribute to organizational growth by providing product feedback to AWS engineering teams, participating in recruiting and interviewing, and mentoring teammates
