Responsibilities

Assist experienced electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites.
Learn to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution.
Handle hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
Support the installation of low voltage systems, including alarms, data cabling, and communication lines.
Participate in reading and understanding construction blueprints to ensure accurate wiring layouts.
Help with the setup and organization of job sites to promote safety and efficiency.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework in electrical trades is a plus.
Strong interest in electrical work with a desire to learn industry best practices.
Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading preferred.
Construction experience or background is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Good physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work at heights as needed.
Reliable team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.
