Appointment Setter, Enquiries & Bookings (Remote, Eastern Time)

Full time contractor · 40 hrs/week · $2,500 CAD/month + 3% commission · Expected monthly earnings around $3,400 to $4,000 CAD, and $5,500+ for high performers · Weekends required

About the role

I run a small, premium personal brand and every new client starts as a message in my inbox. I'm looking for a proactive, organised appointment setter to own that inbox and keep the business running behind the scenes: answer every enquiry fast and warmly, screen it, build a little excitement, get the right people booked into a call with me, and keep my systems, calendar and trackers clean. I run the call. You run everything before it, and the confirmations after it.

This is a sales role with real admin inside it, not pure data entry. You'll write as me, in my voice, from scripts and a playbook I'll train you on, and you'll personalise every message to the person on the other side.

What you'll do

Enquiries and bookings

  • Answer 100% of enquiries across WhatsApp, email and my website form, including polite declines
  • Reply within 30 minutes on WhatsApp and email during your working blocks
  • Screen every enquiry with my qualifying process; filter out the wrong fit, prioritise the right one
  • Warm up qualified leads and convert them into booked calls in my calendar
  • Write in my voice: playful, warm, confident, never copy-paste
  • Guide clients toward longer or higher-value experiences where it fits
  • Secure the deposit before the call
  • Send confirmations and day-before reminders for every booking; keep no-shows and cancellations low, and handle reschedules by my policy
  • Run my nurture sequences and re-engage leads every day.

Systems and operations

  • Manage my calendar: calls, meetings and bookings.
  • Keep the CRM accurate every day: lead notes, status, follow-ups
  • Own the daily enquiry tracker (enquiries, conversions, bookings, deposits) and check in with me daily
  • Maintain Google Sheets, Docs and internal trackers; keep files and folders organised
  • Support content and email-marketing scheduling when needed
  • Research and admin tasks as they come up

Hours

  • 40 hours a week over 5 days
  • Saturday and Sunday are mandatory (that's when most enquiries come in). Two weekday days off
  • Each day is covered in chunks, not one block: a morning check, an afternoon block, and an evening block until approx. 10pm Eastern
  • Eastern time. You can live anywhere, but you work around my clock
  • Fully remote. A work phone is provided and accessible from your computer

Pay

  • $2,500 CAD per month base, plus 3% commission on collected bookings you set, paid monthly
  • Expected monthly earnings around $3,400 to $4,000 CAD; $5,500 and up for high performers. No cap
  • Half commission (1.5%) on bookings where you did the groundwork and I stepped in to close
  • Contractor position
  • Two weeks of paid training with me before you fly solo

Who you are

  • Clear, confident written English with correct grammar, every time. French is a bonus
  • A natural at sales: you know how to build trust and desire in a conversation and move it toward a yes
  • Good judgment: you follow the process but notice when something feels off
  • Detail oriented; you don't skip steps
  • Resourceful; you solve problems on the spot
  • Reliable and comfortable working on evenings and weekends, with a solid internet connection
  • Coachable; you take feedback without getting defensive
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); CRM and scheduling tools are a plus
