About the Opportunity

At The Hemmings Group, we help business owners uncover hidden costs in their group benefits plans.

Your role is simple:

  • Start conversations
  • Book qualified meetings
  • Get paid per result

Compensation (Performance-Based)

  • $75 per qualified appointment
  • Hit 30+ appointments in a month → ALL appointments pay $100 (retroactive)

Earning Examples:

  • 20 appointments = $1,500
  • 30 appointments = $3,000
  • 40 appointments = $4,000
  • 50 appointments = $5,000
  • 60 appointments = $6,000
  • 70 appointments = $7,000
  • 80 appointments = $8,000
  • 90 appointments = $9,000
  • 100 appointments = $10,000

No cap. No ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making 100–200 outbound calls per day (based on your schedule)
  • Booking qualified appointments with business owners (Leads are provided by the firm)
  • Following a proven script and system
  • Tracking activity in our CRM
  • Improving daily through repetition and feedback
