Appointment Setter — Bilingual (FR/EN) | Commission + Bonus

Are you looking for unlimited earning potential? KAIROS Hospitality Acquisition is recruiting 2 bilingual Cold Outreach Specialists (French/English) for an intensive sprint in July-August.

The role:

Prospect and book 40-minute cold calls directly into our sales calendar with hospitality property owners and managers (glamping, spas, boutique hotels). Your channels: cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach. We provide targeted contact lists, scripts, and full support. You own the entire outreach → booking pipeline.

Your compensation:

• Bonus: $100CAD for every 10 confirmed booked and held calls (achievable target, non-negotiable)

• Commission: 10% per signed client (contracts $CAD 4,000-8,000/month — high-ticket, so solid commissions)

Immediate payment (end of period)

July 2026 — First Month Earnings

You book cold calls with hospitality owners. Our closer closes (40% conversion rate). You get paid on held calls + signed deals.

Realistic scenario: 40 held calls in July → 16 clients signed (40% conversion) → $4,600 CAD earnings

Bonus: $400 CAD (40 calls held ÷ 10 × $100)

Commission: $6,400 CAD (16 clients × $4,000 × 10%)

Payment: end of month, CAD.
