Analyste Tarification

About the position

Dans ce rôle la personne contribuera à la mise en œuvre de la politique tarifaire dans les marchés dont il a la charge. Son objectif prioritaire est de maximiser la recette unitaire par siège-miles offert (RASM).

Responsibilities

  • Assurer l’attractivité tarifaire d’Air Transat en restant à l’écoute permanente des évolutions concurrentielles : Surveillance tarifaire effectué par l’extraction et la manipulation de large quantité de donnée ainsi que grâce aux remontées de marché;
  • Comprendre et analyser la dynamique du marché dont il a la charge
  • Maintenir la cohérence des actions tarifaires avec l’état des allocations de sièges mis à disposition et l’analyse d’indicateurs de performances. Cette action s’effectue aussi à travers une étroite collaboration avec les analystes de Gestion du Revenu en charge du dimensionnement des allocations de sièges;
  • Participer à la définition des conditions et niveaux tarifaires proposés, en fonction des canaux de distribution. Cette action s’effectue en analysant notamment : la segmentation client, les objectifs de recette définis par l’entreprise, la performance globale des routes et la situation concurrentielle;
  • Bien que responsable d’un portefeuille géographique clairement défini, l’analyste tarification travaille pour une part importante en équipe (travail en binômes, échanges quotidiens des meilleures pratiques, etc.) : le développement, le suivi ainsi que la bonne communication des stratégies tarifaires envers le management et ses coéquipiers est nécessaire;
  • Monitorer et assurer un suivi factuel de la performance des stratégies établies et des offres tarifaires promotionnels;
  • Apprendre et utiliser à pleine capacité les outils et systèmes de tarifications;
  • Proposer des améliorations des processus internes et rapports de suivi de performance.

Requirements

  • 1 à 3 ans dans le secteur Pricing ou forte expérience en Revenu Management / Network Planning;
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais – écrit et parlé);
  • Connaissance des outils Microsoft, Excel en particulier;
  • Capacités d’analyse, esprit de synthèse et résolution de problèmes;
  • Connaissance GDS, ATPCO Airfare Insight, Infare, SRS Analyser, DDS
  • Autonomie;
  • Rigueur et souci du détails;
  • Résistance au stress;
  • Entregent et dynamisme.

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales dans un domaine pertinent, un atout;
