About the Role:

Pete Organics is a US-based e-commerce company looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Specialist to manage day-to-day Amazon US marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings, variations, attributes, backend keywords, and catalog information.
  • Perform keyword and competitor research using Helium 10 and Seller Central data.
  • Create and manage FBA shipments and track them through receiving.
  • Reconcile FBA shipment discrepancies, missing inventory, lost/damaged units, and other inventory issues.
  • Monitor and reconcile FBA SKU inventory and identify discrepancies requiring action.
  • Open, manage, follow up, and escalate Amazon Seller Support cases until resolution.
  • Troubleshoot suppressed/inactive listings, catalog issues, stranded inventory, pricing issues, Buy Box issues, and other Seller Central problems.
  • Create and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword targeting, bids, budgets, search terms, negative targeting, ACOS/ROAS, and campaign performance.
  • Perform keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and advertising performance.
  • Manage product pricing and monitor marketplace pricing.
  • Review Seller Central reports and proactively identify issues requiring attention.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, preferably Amazon US.
  • Must be comfortable working the fixed 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, PPC, listing optimization, inventory management, and Seller Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
  • Ability to research and investigate an unfamiliar issue before escalating it internally.
  • Ability to communicate an Amazon issue clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following issues through to resolution.
Important: We are looking for practical Seller Central knowledge and problem-solving ability, not simply years of experience. Shortlisted candidates will be asked scenario-based questions related to actual Amazon Seller Central situations.
