Working Hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Executive who can independently manage Amazon marketplace operations and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new Amazon product listings and optimize existing listings for better visibility and conversion.
    • Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations.
    • Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning.
    • Perform FBA inventory reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
    • Conduct keyword research using Helium10 and other marketplace tools.
    • Plan, launch, and monitor Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
    • Analyze advertising performance and optimize campaigns for profitability.
    • Track listing performance and recommend improvements.
    • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
    • Generate reports using Excel and Google Sheets for inventory, sales, and advertising performance.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and Amazon support when required.
    • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
    • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA operations.
    • Experience creating and optimizing Amazon listings.
    • Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
    • Experience with inventory reconciliation and shipment management.
    • Proficiency in Helium10.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Amazon US marketplace.
    • Experience with Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico marketplaces.
    • Experience working with multiple product categories.
    • Experience with Walmart Marketplace and eBay operations.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical Amazon Seller Central assessment to demonstrate their experience and knowledge.
