As a Senior Amazon PPC Manager for our brand, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and success of our Amazon presence. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across PPC, organic ranking, pricing/offer strategy, and P&L optimization. Your role will be key in collaborating with our internal specialists and the True Fresh team to hit ambitious revenue and profit targets.

This is a full-time role supporting 7 & 8-figure brands, focusing on managing and growing our True Fresh brand.

What You’ll Own

  • PPC Management: Lead the entire PPC strategy and execution for True Fresh, including campaign builds, optimization, keyword harvesting, budget and bid management, and ongoing performance reviews. Ensure adherence to our SOPs and playbooks to maximize PPC effectiveness. Experience with automation rules and PPC automation tools is a plus to streamline management and optimize ad spend.
  • Ranking, SEO, and Listings: Conduct in-depth analysis of Search Query Performance (SQPR) to identify opportunities for ranking improvements. Execute keyword research and clustering, optimize listings (titles, bullets, A+ content), and align PPC strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Offers, Pricing, and Promotions: Structure and test pricing strategies, coupons, deals, and bundles to increase conversion rates and protect profit margins. Plan and execute promotional events to accelerate ranking.
  • P&L and Fees Optimization: Analyze and optimize True Fresh’s brand P&L, ad spend, and Amazon fees to maintain healthy contribution margins. Ensure all aspects of the account contribute to bottom-line profitability.
  • Operations and Catalog Health: Coordinate supply chain needs including restock plans, inventory management, and risk analysis. Troubleshoot catalog issues that hinder growth, such as suppressed listings, variation issues, and browse node concerns.
  • Competitive Insight and Reporting: Leverage tools like DataDive and Helium10 to analyze competitors, identify keyword gaps, and produce actionable weekly reports and plans for optimization.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years managing Amazon brands with annual revenues of $3M+ (minimum).
  • Expertise: Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, SQPR, organic ranking mechanics, and advanced keyword research.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and business skills; proficient in P&Ls and understanding contribution margin.
  • Track Record: Proven history of improving ACOS, CVR, and organic ranking through combined PPC + SEO + offers.
  • Tools Mastery: Familiarity with tools such as Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, etc.), DataDive, and Sellerboard (or similar P&L management tools).
  • Automation Knowledge: Experience with PPC automation rules or tools to optimize and streamline campaign management is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces (US/CA)
  • Expertise in listing creative testing and image optimization.
  • Experience with variation strategies (splitting/merging parent-child listings).
