In 2011 we started in a modest 600 square foot warehouse and over the years have progressively grown into a 25,000 square foot operation. We sell our own branded products (Liquid Stands, Pink Power, Sleepavo, HTM Lighting) that are manufactured to our specifications and listed on various channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, Target, and our own websites. Each individual can and does make a difference! About The Position Sunbelt Products is seeking a dedicated Amazon Manager to join our growing team. This role will lead the engagement and the day-to-day business strategy for Amazon. The Amazon Channel Manager will create and implement strategic growth plans in collaboration with the whole Channel Management Team. He/She will also be responsible for sustaining and continuous development of the company’s Amazon account. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and an expert in all aspects of Amazon. You’ll be an integral part of the Channel Management Team in assisting on the expansion of our brands and excellent sales. This position is fully remote and follows a Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off. What You Will Do Hire, mentor, develop and coach all direct reports. Drive the achievement of agreed internal and external KPIs and standards. Ensure all SOPs are maintained properly, well-organized, and implemented. Enhance, optimize, and execute sales and marketing strategies for Amazon marketplace's growth and achievement of KPI's . Own all Amazon related processes. Keep up to date with new features and trends. Create, streamline and manage reports to achieve success Manage FBA inventory levels to prevent out of stocks while also avoiding unnecessary storage fees. Work and strategize with internal teams on Amazon advertising initiatives to boost revenue and enhance brand growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum Of 2 Years Amazon Seller Central Experience. Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets. Gathering and analyzing data. Strong problem solving skills Excellent command of the English language. Desired Qualifications Experienced with Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces. Experienced with DataRova, Data Dive, Scale Insights, Sellerise, Helium 10, and other Amazon analytics and optimization tools. Knowledgeable in using AI tools to improve reporting, data analysis, process automation, content creation, keyword research, and operational efficiency. Proficient in leveraging AI to generate actionable insights, identify trends, summarize performance data, and support data-driven decision-making.
