<p>Amazon Lex Developer</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Canada or United States)</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> CAD $95,000–$120,000</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Permanent, Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are looking for Amazon Lex Developers to design and build intelligent conversational experiences using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will focus on creating voice and chat solutions that improve customer self-service through natural language interactions, intelligent routing, and seamless integration with backend systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design and develop Amazon Lex bots.</li><li>Build intents, slots, utterances, prompts, and dialog flows.</li><li>Integrate Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect and AWS services.</li><li>Develop multilingual conversational experiences where required.</li><li>Optimise intent recognition and customer experience through continuous tuning.</li><li>Support testing, deployment, and production releases.</li><li>Work closely with business and customer experience teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience developing solutions using Amazon Lex.</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon Connect integrations.</li><li>Understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and NLU concepts.</li><li>Experience with Lambda integrations and AWS services.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience within customer service or contact centre environments is desirable.</li></ul><p></p>
