Amazon FBA Operations Specialist — Product Listings, Optimization & PPC
About Us
We are a cross-border e-commerce brand managing Amazon stores in Canada and Australia, across multiple product categories: home goods, outdoor gear, electronics, pet supplies, personal care, baby & maternity, and toys. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Amazon operations specialist to join us as a long-term remote team member.
What You'll Do
This is a daily operations role, not a strategy-only position. You'll be the person actually working inside Seller Central every day.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create new product listings on Amazon CA and AU (flat files, manual upload, or bulk upload)
Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for SEO and conversion
Upload and manage A Content / Enhanced Brand Content pages
Research and implement backend search terms using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
Set up variations (size, color, multi-pack), pricing rules, and inventory tracking
Maintain listing quality — fix suppressed listings, flagged content, missing info, and image issues
Keep all listings aligned with Amazon's style guides and category requirements
Listing & Store Optimization
Audit existing listings and identify improvement opportunities (title, images, keywords, A Content)
Track keyword rankings and organic position changes; update listings accordingly
Monitor competitor listings for pricing, offers, and content changes
Manage product images — coordinate image edits, ensure compliance with Amazon image standards
Maintain brand storefront pages and category navigation
PPC & Advertising Management
Set up and manage Sponsored Products campaigns (auto, manual, broad/phrase/exact)
Set up and manage Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
Daily bid management, keyword harvesting from search term reports, negative keyword additions
Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and CTR; adjust campaigns to hit profitability targets
Weekly PPC performance reports with clear action items
Suggest budget reallocation based on campaign performance
Inventory & Account Support
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate FBA restock shipments
Track account health metrics, policy compliance, and performance notifications
Respond to basic customer messages and manage return/refund situations
File reimbursement claims for lost or damaged FBA inventory when needed
Tools You Should Know
Amazon Seller Central (must-have — daily use)
Helium 10 or Jungle Scout (keyword research, listing optimization)
Amazon PPC Campaign Manager (hands-on campaign building, not just dashboards)
Google Sheets / Excel (reports, tracking sheets, bulk upload templates)
Canva or basic image editing (listing images, A Content graphics)
Slack or WhatsApp (daily team communication)
Ideal Candidate
Amazon experience is required — you've actually worked inside Seller Central, managed listings, and run PPC campaigns. Please do not apply if you've only done Amazon-related courses or theory.
Hands-on with PPC — you know how to structure campaigns, harvest keywords, add negatives, and read search term reports. You understand ACOS vs TACOS.
Detail-obsessed — you notice a missing bullet point, a blurry image, a broken variation, or a keyword that should be negative-matched. You check your own work.
Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do. If a listing got suppressed, you fix it. If a campaign ACOS spiked, you investigate and adjust before being asked.
Clear communicator — you can write a short daily or weekly update that tells us what you did, what changed, and what needs attention. Fluent written English is a must.
Reliable internet and workspace — this is a remote role with real responsibilities. Consistent availability matters.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience with Amazon Canada or Australia marketplace specifics
Experience with multi-marketplace management (CA AU simultaneously)
Experience managing brand registry / brand storefront
Familiarity with Amazon reimbursement claim process
Experience With Walmart.com Or Other Secondary Marketplaces

Payment via platform escrow, Wise, or PayPal (we're flexible)
Bonuses for hitting performance targets (ACOS goals, listing quality scores, etc.)
