About Us Glittery Craft is an established Amazon FBA business selling branded party supplies, craft kits, and productivity products across multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Mexico.

We are seeking a highly organized Amazon Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and serve as the primary coordinator between suppliers, freight forwarders, Amazon, and management.

Position Overview The Amazon Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring products remain in stock, inventory is forecasted accurately, shipments are created and tracked, suppliers are managed effectively, and operational issues are resolved quickly.

This role is ideal for someone with significant Amazon FBA experience who enjoys managing complex operations and solving problems proactively.

Primary Responsibilities Inventory Planning & Forecasting

  • Monitor inventory levels across all Amazon marketplaces.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonality.
  • Prepare monthly replenishment plans.
  • Identify stock-out risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor excess inventory and aging inventory.
Supplier Management
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers in China.
  • Obtain production updates and delivery schedules.
  • Track purchase orders from placement through delivery.
  • Manage supplier communications and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Assist with sourcing new products and obtaining quotations.
Freight & Logistics
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders.
  • Create and manage Amazon FBA shipment plans.
  • Track shipments from factory to Amazon fulfillment centers.
  • Resolve shipping delays and logistics issues.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records.
Amazon Seller Central Operations
  • Manage daily Seller Central activities.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics.
  • Open and manage support cases with Amazon.
  • Resolve stranded inventory and listing issues.
  • Monitor suppressed listings and compliance notifications.
  • Coordinate product launches and inventory transfers.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly KPI reports.
  • Monitor:
  • Sales performance
  • Inventory levels
  • Stock coverage
  • Advertising performance (high-level)
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Identify operational risks and growth opportunities.
Process Improvement
  • Create and document standard operating procedures.
  • Recommend automation tools and workflow improvements.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Assist management with strategic growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications Amazon Experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing Amazon FBA operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and replenishment.
  • Experience creating FBA shipments.
  • Familiarity with Amazon account health requirements.
  • Experience operating in multiple Amazon marketplaces preferred.
Supply Chain Experience
  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers.
  • Experience managing freight forwarders.
  • Understanding of international shipping and customs processes.
  • Experience with purchase order management.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Amazon software tools preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
