This dedication to performance and integrity creates a dynamic environment for professionals passionate about sports nutrition and e-commerce growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p><strong>Amazon E-commerce Specialist</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a hands-on <strong>Amazon E-commerce Specialist</strong> to support the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon business.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listings, inventory, advertising, and marketplace operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day activities in <strong>Amazon Seller Central</strong></li><li>Create and update product listings, variations, attributes, and backend information</li><li>Help resolve listing, suppression, catalogue, and inventory issues</li><li> Optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ Content</li><li>Monitor product rankings, traffic, conversion, and sales performance</li><li>Track key advertising metrics including <strong>ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion</strong></li><li>Monitor FBA inventory and support replenishment planning</li><li>Assist with promotions, deals, pricing updates, and new product launches</li><li>Monitor Account Health and work with Amazon Seller Support when issues arise</li><li>Prepare regular sales, advertising, inventory, and performance reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>1–3 years of Amazon Seller Central or marketplace experience</strong></li><li>Experience managing Amazon product listings and catalogue updates</li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of <strong>Amazon PPC and SEO</strong></li><li>Understanding of FBA inventory and replenishment</li><li>Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience with <strong>Helium 10, Keepa, Seller Board, Brand Registry, or Vendor Central</strong> is considered an asset.</p><p>We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their Amazon marketplace experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, Monday–Friday.</strong></p>
