Key Job Responsibilities

You will lead a team of e-commerce marketing strategists specializing in Amazon Ads, ensuring end-to-end customer experience from initial demos & discovery to onboarding, engagement, renewals, and expansion.

You will collaborate directly with marketing managers and directors from our client brands to understand their business objectives and advise them on how to apply Trellis solutions to meet those objectives.

You will support the client through their onboarding and adoption of the platform and continue to advise the client on new solution opportunities as the client's business continues to grow.

You will oversee the launch, optimization and management of advertising campaigns across their e-commerce marketplaces, helping clients translate their business goals into marketplace tactics.

You will ensure strong, clear and proactive communication with clients regarding campaign performance, insights and strategies.

You will conduct regular account performance analyses to identify trends and opportunities, proactively suggesting new strategies to improve results and drive return on ad spend (ROAS)

You are encouraged to stay informed on the latest Amazon Ads features, tools and reporting capabilities, sharing knowledge with the team and clients to drive continuous improvement.

You will attend bi-weekly or monthly customer calls, providing follow-ups and effectively communicating the team's perspective in response to client inquiries, including weekly performance recaps and ad hoc requests.

You will understand client business and goals to formulate targeted strategies for assigned accounts, leveraging Trellis software to manage performance against these goals.

Act as the voice of the customer in product and technology discussions, influencing the product roadmap to enhance user experience for Amazon Ads solutions.



Requirements/Qualifications/Skills required include:

You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You have an interest and experience in marketing agency, particularly with a focus on Amazon Ads or similar e-commerce platforms

You have strong business acumen, with an interest in unlocking growth potential through data-driven strategies

You have demonstrated strength in customer relationship management leveraging aptitudes in empathy and acting as the voice of the customer within the organization

You have a strong analytical mindset with skills in data science and business intelligence tools, and you are comfortable with developing sophisticated data queries and scripting to accomplish your analysis objectives.

You have experience working with modern CRM systems including customizing data schemas and workflows in such systems to improve internal processes

You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility as a team player, eager to learn and grow within the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce marketing.
