Amazon Account Manager (Full Account Management)

Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior About Us We are a fast-growing Amazon-focused agency providing full account management and advertising services to Amazon brands. We manage end-to-end operations including listing optimization, PPC management, inventory planning, and growth strategy. We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Account Manager who understands the Amazon ecosystem inside out and can take ownership of client accounts. Key Responsibilities Account Management Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts (US marketplace required; other marketplaces a plus) Oversee listing creation, optimization, and keyword strategy Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance Handle case log issues and coordinate with Amazon support Conduct competitor and market research Growth & Strategy Develop short-term and long-term growth strategieS Analyze data and identify revenue opportunities Improve conversion rate through listing improvements Collaborate with design team for image optimization Reporting Prepare structured weekly performance reports Present key KPIs and growth recommendations Track progress toward sales and profitability targets KPIs You Will Be Measured On Revenue Growth ACOS / TACOS Improvement Conversion Rate Improvement Inventory Health & Stock Planning On-time reporting & communication quality Requirements 2+ years experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts Strong PPC management experience Deep understanding of Amazon SEO & ranking factors Experience with product launches Strong analytical skills (Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required) Excellent written and verbal English communication Highly organized and deadline-oriented ** Preferred Qualifications** Experience handling 6-7 figure monthly accounts Familiar with tools like Helium 10, Sellerboard, Data Dive, or similar Experience in brand registry and compliance issues Project management experience (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses available Long-term growth opportunity within the agency ** How to Apply** Please send the following to [email protected] Your resume A short summary of Amazon accounts you’ve managed (include revenue & ad spend ranges) A short video introduction (2-3 minutes explaining your Amazon experience)
