We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager - Amazon to join our dynamic team. At GigaBrands, we specialize in elevating the online presence of brands on Amazon, and we want someone who is passionate about e-commerce and client success to help us achieve our goals.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their Amazon accounts are thriving. You will implement strategies for growth, optimize product listings, and collaborate with our internal experts to deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 3–4 brands on Amazon, focusing on account health and growth.
  • Develop and implement optimized listing strategies to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Monitor account performance daily and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on PPC campaigns, promotional events, and inventory management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account performance and recommendations.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years of experience in Amazon account management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace, best practices, and tools.
  • Proven ability to optimize listings and increase visibility and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and performance metrics is a plus.
