AI Training Specialist Project Management

The Work

You will help train AI systems to work with project management materials. The role focuses on reviewing model outputs against project guidelines and explaining your decisions clearly.

You will use project schedules, Gantt models, and PMO documents as part of repeated evaluation and quality review tasks.

  • Evaluate AI model outputs using project rubrics.
  • Review source materials and model responses against detailed guidelines.
  • Record evidence-based judgments and explain your reasoning in writing.
  • Keep review decisions consistent across repeated tasks.
  • Provide clear feedback that can help improve model behavior.

What It Pays and Takes
