The Role
As an AI Medical Content Reviewer, you will review AI-generated medical responses and create high-quality healthcare content. Your work will focus on clinical and public health medical reasoning, including the accuracy, logic, safety, and clarity of written responses.
You will help ensure that model outputs meet rigorous standards for medical precision and appropriately address symptoms, tests, care plans, disease processes, and patient safety.

What You'll Do
You will assess whether medical content is factually accurate, clinically coherent, and appropriate for its stated setting. You will also generate written content and detailed feedback that helps improve model performance.
- Fact-check medical information for accuracy and safety
- Identify contraindications and unsafe assumptions
- Detect incorrect interpretations of symptoms, tests, or care plans
- Evaluate logic and internal consistency in written responses
- Write model clinical solutions and high-quality healthcare content
- Assess whether responses reflect appropriate patient care concepts and medical terminology
Requirements
This role is intended for experienced healthcare, clinical, or public health professionals who can apply sound clinical reasoning to written medical content. You should be comfortable evaluating differential diagnosis, risk assessment, and patient safety in AI-generated responses.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant healthcare, clinical, or public health field
- Demonstrated experience with clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis and risk assessment
- Strong knowledge of disease processes, patient care concepts, healthcare systems, and medical terminology
- Experience reviewing, fact-checking, or validating medical content for accuracy and safety
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Ability to evaluate logic, internal consistency, setting appropriateness, and patient safety in written responses
Preferred Experience
Prior experience working directly with AI training or structured content review is helpful, especially when paired with clinical or healthcare expertise.
