Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide remote administrative and operational assistance to our team. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a professional remote environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple responsibilities while supporting daily business operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to departments and leadership teams

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications professionally

  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation

  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases

  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and record management

  • Support project coordination and follow-up tasks

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Assist with process improvements and administrative workflow management

  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
