Employment Condition - Administrative Assistant – Inuulitsivik Health Centre - Hudson Bay Coast Villages

Salary:

  • Between 26.54$ and 32.47$ per hour depending on experience
Benefits:

Northern premiums and other employment conditions:
  • Isolation allowance (without dependents) between $233.63 and $275.60 per week, depending on the village
  • Isolation allowance (with dependents) between $411.84 and $485.88 per week, depending on the village
  • Retention bonus: Between $34.78 and $68.13 per week, depending on the village and seniority.
  • Cost of living allowance: Between $58.40 and $188.72 per week, depending on the village.

Main Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant – Inuulitsivik Health Centre - Hudson Bay Coast Villages
  • Answer the phone and take messages.
  • Greet people at the office and give them basic information.
  • Use a computer to type documents and fill out forms.
  • File papers and keep records organized.
  • Make photocopies and scan documents.
  • Help with scheduling appointments or meetings.
  • Deliver mail or documents in the building.

  • Fluent in Inuktitut (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma is an asset but not required.
