YOUR MISSIONS

I am looking for a Payables and Receivables Supervisor for a company located in the Laurentians.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of 15 to 20 unionized employees (coordinators, technicians, and clerks).
  • Assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring the effective management of daily operations.
  • Manage team performance, including goals, evaluations, and coaching.
  • Oversee all activities related to accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Participate in process optimization and the continuous improvement of operations.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the department’s efficiency.
  • Other related tasks

YOUR PROFILE

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA designation or in the process of obtaining it (a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervising or managing a team
  • Experience in a high-volume transactional environment
  • Experience managing unionized staff (strongly preferred)
  • Good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Experience in a large corporation
What we offer:
  • Hybrid work model (3 days remote and 2 days in-office)
  • Salary between 110,000 and 130,000 + bonus
