This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to launch or accelerate their career in recruitment, offering a broad territory and the flexibility to pursue the industries, clients, and business opportunities that inspire them.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br />As an Account Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the lead point of contact for small to medium-sized businesses</li> <li>Build and manage a book of business across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces</li> <li>Find creative ways to open doors and expand client relationships through various forms of outreach (phone/email/social)</li> <li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities</li> <li>Facilitate the recruitment process between clients and recruiters, ensuring world-class service by collaborating closely with our recruitment teams</li> <li>Develop business within a dedicated vertical and strategize for growth</li> <li>Pursue networking opportunities to build brand recognition and generate leads</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 2+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a related client-facing role.
