Contract Type: Permanent

  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 plus uncapped commission

(50/50 split) with total earning potential of $120,000 - $160,000

transcribes and summarises discussions, helping organisations capture insights and take action. With a highly-rated product and a growing customer base, they're scaling their sales team to expand their presence in the SMB and mid-market segments.

Our client is expanding their sales team and seeking an experienced Account

Executive to drive growth in the SMB and mid-market space. If you have a proven track record closing SaaS deals and thrive in fast-paced startup environments, this role offers genuine earning potential and the opportunity to build something meaningful with a talented team.

Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you'll play a central role in driving revenue growth and customer success. You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure, working with multiple stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively and maintain customer satisfaction will directly impact the company's growth trajectory and customer retention rates.Responsibilities

  • Close SMB and mid-market SaaS deals from a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers across customer organisations
  • Engage with C-level executives and business owners to understand their challenges and propose solutions
  • Develop deep product knowledge to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and deal progress in

HubSpot CRM

  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond deal closure

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience selling SaaS software solutions
  • Proven experience closing deals valued at $5,000 - $10,000+ annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) business models

(preferred)

  • Demonstrated track record as a top sales performer with measurable results
  • Excellent negotiation skills with comfort managing ambiguity and complexity
  • Self-starter mentality with strong bias towards action and independent problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence and genuine empathy when engaging with customers
