Ecomm Guys is a remote-first Shopify Premier Partner agency based in Canada working with SMB and mid-market ecommerce merchants across Canada and the US. We build and grow Shopify stores, from migrations to ongoing platform strategy. Fully remote team. Role Overview

This role owns the deal from first conversation through delivery. You'll sell the project, work with the delivery team to solution it, stay involved through execution to make sure what gets built matches what was sold and what the client actually needs, then manage the relationship going forward. You won't inherit a large portfolio of existing clients, but you will be brought into select ongoing relationships. Growth

This role has real upward room. The right person who puts in the work has a path to upper management, building out a sales team, and hiring their own replacements as the AE function grows. This isn't a capped individual contributor seat, it's a chance to build something and grow with it. Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business (inbound leads)

Learn to scope and solution projects, sign before handoff to Project Delivery team

Stay involved through the project lifecycle

Manage a smaller set of existing client relationships, focused on retention and upsell

Run discovery calls and translate merchant pain points into scoped opportunities

Run proposal calls presenting our scoped solution

Build & maintain relationships with Shopify's sales team Requirements

B2B sales experience (agency or SaaS background), 3+ years

Track record managing full sales cycle, from prospecting to close

Comfortable owning both acquisition and retention numbers

Confident with strong written and verbal communication

Self-directed, comfortable in a small, fully remote team

Ecommerce or Shopify experience preferred Compensation

$72,000, plus bonuses
