<p><strong>Family Law Paralegal — Full Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote — United States</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match + PTO</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Family Law Paralegal</strong> to join a growing, client-focused family law practice in<strong> Massachusetts</strong>. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants <strong>meaningful ownership of their cases</strong>, close collaboration with attorneys, and the flexibility of a fully remote environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and support <strong>family law matters</strong> from <strong>intake through resolution</strong></li><li>Assist with <strong>divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony/spousal support, and other domestic relations matters</strong></li><li>Work closely with attorneys on case strategy, preparation, and day-to-day case management</li><li>Prepare and organize <strong>pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and court filings</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of family law paralegal experience</strong> preferred</li><li><strong>Strong understanding of family law litigation and case processes</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with discovery, pleadings, court filings, and case preparation</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>divorce and/or child custody matters</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Compensation:</strong></p><p>The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $90,000 annually].
