远程客户成功代表

<p>我们正在波兰组建一支由15名以上客户成功代表(Customer Success Representatives)组成的远程团队,以提升转化率并降低六个欧洲市场的取消率(英国、德国、法国、西班牙、葡萄牙和意大利)。客户成功代表将负责多种日常工作,包括使用专用工具提高履约率,通过高触达电话在任务发布者(Taskers)的注册流程中提供支持,并在漏斗环节最需要帮助的地方主动介入提供支持。</p> <p>在你的岗位上,你将在完成每个加入的运营项目所需的正式培训与入职后,遵循详细的标准作业流程(SOP)。我们希望在每一次互动中都体现我们的价值观,寻找真正关心让我们社区日常生活更轻松的同事。</p> <p>该远程优先岗位(remote-first)常驻波兰,并向运营团队负责人(Operations Team Lead)汇报。加入我们,一起帮助人们过上更美好的日常生活。</p> <p>你将做的工作:<br /> – 通过电子邮件、聊天和电话高效解决并处理用户问题,持续达到并超越与客户满意度、工作效率和准确性相关的KPI。<br /> – 认真记录关键信息,将其作为核心职责之一,并向团队负责人分享改进想法。<br /> – 通过付出额外努力,提供出色的体验并在第一次就正确解决问题,来与相关利益方建立牢固的关系与信任。<br /> – 保持有条理、承担责任并高效利用现有资源,随时跟进所有SOP及项目变更。</p> <p>你的任职资格:<br /> – 至少1年客户服务经验、呼叫中心经验或相关工作经验。<br /> – 优秀的客户服务能力,包括同理心、礼貌、善意、高效、信心与乐于助人。<br /> – 对技术保持好奇心,打字能力出色,并能快速适应在线工具与系统。<br /> – 出色的书面与口头沟通能力,具备良好的语法与拼写能力。<br /> – 全职可用(每周40小时)。<br /> – 英语流利。<br /> – 在波兰工作的资格(本岗位不提供搬迁支持)。</p> <p>薪酬与福利:<br /> 在Taskrabbit,我们的薪酬理念旨在具有竞争力、透明且公平。总薪酬包含基础工资 + 绩效奖金 + 福利 + 福利待遇/津贴。该岗位的年基础薪资为78,000波兰兹罗提(PLN)。该数字仅反映基础薪资,不包含其他现金形式的补偿,例如公司奖金或福利。</p>
